Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. Because every piece is special, and many are made to order, please read the following carefully.
Returns on ready-to-wear pieces
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, provided they are:
• Unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition
• Returned with all original packaging and any certificates or documentation
To start a return, contact us at hannah@hannahgomezjewelry.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using an insured, trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days; please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it.
Final sale — not eligible for return or exchange
Because the following are made or finished specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun:
• Custom and bespoke pieces
• Engagement ring mountings and any made-to-order rings
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or personalized
• Special orders placed on your behalf
• Estate and vintage pieces, which are one-of-a-kind and sold as-is
This is noted at checkout and on the relevant product pages. If something isn't right with a final-sale piece, please reach out — we'll always do our best to help.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hannah@hannahgomezjewelry.com with photos, and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges & resizing
Need a different ring size? Reach out and we'll let you know whether a resize or exchange is possible for your piece and any applicable charge. Many of our rings are made to order in your size, so please order carefully using the sizing guidance provided.
