Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original condition — just contact us to start. Because custom, engraved, resized, and engagement pieces are made especially for you, those are final sale. If anything ever arrives not quite right, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Fine jewelry lasts a lifetime with a little care. Store each piece separately so it doesn’t scratch, and take it off before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfume. Clean gold gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Pearls and soft gemstones are especially delicate — wipe them with a dry, soft cloth and keep them away from chemicals.
