Many of our pieces are made to order, so timing depends on the design — ready-to-wear styles ship within a few business days, while made-to-order pieces take a little longer (you’ll see the estimate on this page). Shipping is complimentary within the U.S., with tracking, and higher-value pieces arrive insured. Need something by a certain date? Reach out before you order and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original condition — just contact us to start. Because custom, engraved, resized, and engagement pieces are made especially for you, those are final sale. If anything ever arrives not quite right, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Fine jewelry lasts a lifetime with a little care. Store each piece separately so it doesn’t scratch, and take it off before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfume. Clean gold gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Pearls and soft gemstones are especially delicate — wipe them with a dry, soft cloth and keep them away from chemicals.
